Translations are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The original filings at each source regulator (DART in Korea, MOPS / TWSE in Taiwan, SEC EDGAR in the US) remain the authoritative source.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions (when available)
Paid subscriptions, if and when offered, will be billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use

- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Service without permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT TRANSLATIONS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILICON NEXUS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
