1. Business Overview
The Company is a global electronics enterprise consisting of 310 subsidiaries, including production and sales entities under 9 overseas regional headquarters of the DX Division and 5 overseas regional headquarters of the DS Division, as well as subsidiaries under SDC and Harman, all based at the Korean headquarters.
By business segment: The Set business under the DX (Device eXperience) Division produces and sells TVs, monitors, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, smartphones, network systems, PCs, etc. The Component business under the DS (Device Solutions) Division produces and sells DRAM, NAND Flash, mobile APs, and other products. SDC produces and sells OLED panels for smartphones. Harman develops, produces, and sells automotive electronic products such as digital cockpits and car audio, as well as consumer audio products including portable/soundbar speakers.
By region: Domestically, the headquarters managing the DX and DS Divisions, along with 35 subsidiaries, operate the business. A. Major Product Revenue
The Company produces and sells finished goods such as TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and smartphones; semiconductor components such as DRAM, NAND Flash, and mobile APs; and OLED panels for smartphones. Through Harman, it also produces and sells digital cockpits, car audio, and portable speakers.

In Q1 2026, the average TV selling price declined approximately 5% versus the prior year's annual average, while smartphones rose approximately 23%. Memory average selling prices rose approximately 146% versus the prior year's annual average, while smartphone OLED panel prices remained at similar levels. Digital cockpit average selling prices declined approximately 5%.
3. Raw Materials and Production Facilities
A. Major Raw Materials
The Company's major raw materials: For the DX Division, mobile AP solutions, mobile memory, and camera modules are supplied by Qualcomm, Micron, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, etc., while TV/monitor display panels are supplied by CSOT, etc. For the DS Division, chemicals and wafers are supplied by Soulbrain, SILTRONIC, etc. For SDC, FPCA and cover glass are supplied by BH Co., Apple, etc. Harman is supplied by NVIDIA, WNC, etc. with SOCs (System-On-Chip) including MCUs (Micro Controller Units) and communication modules.
